How to use- add one third of a  teaspoon to 300 ml water with fresh lemon , or milk- can be plant based, , add half to one teaspoon of honey and drink slowly.

Pipli can cause a tingling burning sensation in the mouth and stomach, so best to take it with water and fresh lemon and honey added. You may take onethrid teaspoon in a cup of milk. You can also sprinkle it over salads, add to soup , and smoothies or fresh juices.
